  19. Line 4 is the Maximum Level Difference allowed when attacking another player. 10 Max
  20. Line 5 is the Max # of fights with "Computer Players" per day. 50 Max
  21. Line 6 is the Max # of fights with another real player per day. 10 Max
  22. Line 7 is the Cash on Hand for a new player to start with. $10,000 Max
  23. Line 8 is the percentage of Experience for a player to lose when killed. 30% Max
  24. Line 9 is the Max number of healings for each player. Defaults to 100. 1000 Max
